URGENT!! HOMOSEXUAL ADOPTION BILL NEEDS YOUR VOICE!!
TAKE ACTION: Please contact your senators and urge them to support the inclusion of a ban on homosexual adoptions in S. 682, which would ratify the treaty, called the "Hague Convention on Protection of Children and Corrperation in Respect of Intercountry Adoption." Which will make it easier for Americans to adopt children from foreign nations and also calls for a ban on homosexual adoption. The current homosexual activists/agenda has no compassion or mercy for any one or any group of people that share a different viewpoint or opinion.

• The Salvation Army of San Francisco who feed the poor and homeless were forced to close because they would not offer domestic partnership benefits.

• The ACLU is demanding the State of Kentucky drop all funding (over 12 million dollars) for the Kentucky Baptist Homes for Children, who give a home to abused children, because they fired a lesbian employee.

• The latest issue at hand is the attack on Dr. Laura Schlessinger and her views on homosexuality by GLADD. They will do anything to keep her new TV show by Paramount from airing Sept 11, 2000. Dr Laura has cancelled more than 5 speaking engagements, even calling off her annual benefit for abused and neglected children because of fears of violence by demonstrators. The FBI has concluded that the security threat against Dr. Laura is real, and Kraig T. Kitchin, CEO of Premiere Radio Network, which owns the Dr. Laura show, says, "We have a legitimate fear for her life."

Currently GLADD has convinced Proctor and Gamble and is working with American Express and United Airlines to drop their advertisements from the show.

Dr. Laura's radio show has nearly 23 million listeners and she has helped an untold number of people with moral issues. Yet, because of her viewpoints on homosexuality, GLAD (who represents maybe 2%-5% of the population) would like to keep her help off the air all together.

The people of this agenda show no tolerance and yet scream for the very thing. They will go at any length to silence all that do not agree with them. There is no viewpoint on the homosexual lifestyle except their own. It is the gospel according to GLADD (Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation).

The only compassion found in this agenda is for people with heir views and lifestyle.
